But in some cases, in small environments, where you have maybe only one or two servers, you have no choice and you must to do that.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: medium;\">It\u2019s not a problem to install a rule, but you will have a problem when you will try to logon through terminal services with a user who is not an administrator. There you will receive the error that this user is not the administrator and it has no logon true terminal services rights. On a non-DC server, this is simple to solve in local users and groups console, but this users and also the console is disabled on a DC.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: medium;\">You must do that in <em><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier;\">gpedit.msc<\/span><\/em>. There you have to enable <em><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier;\">Allow Logon through Terminal services<\/span><\/em> right to the desired group of users (look at the picture).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; display: block;\" src=\"\/myblog\/elvis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/1\/GPEdit.PNG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: medium;\">You must think also about the printing issue. There\u00a0is a security issue on Spool folder, because the user\u00a0does not have sufficient rights on it. To solve this problem, you must open a\u00a0Command prompt\u00a0as Administrator and\u00a0go to the folder <em>C:WindowsSystem32spool<\/em>.\u00a0Here you\u00a0have to run the command <em><strong>Cacls.exe PRINTERS \/e \/g users:C<\/strong><\/em> and restart the computer.\u00a0Now you are able to print.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: medium;\">Good luck.<\/span><a style=\"text-decoration:none\" href=\"\/index.php?s=strattera-20-prix\">.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the first thing, I want to underline that installing a terminal server on a domain controller is not a best practice and is not a very good idea.
