You always have to open <strong><em>Control Panel &gt; Remote App and Desktop connections<\/em><\/strong> and here you have two options:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman,times;\">Specify the internet address of RDWeb server,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman,times;\">Specify the E-Mail address (only in Windows 8).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman,times;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/em-soft.si\/myblog\/elvis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/RDPublish1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-528\" src=\"https:\/\/em-soft.si\/myblog\/elvis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/RDPublish1-300x237.png\" alt=\"RDPublish1\" width=\"300\" height=\"237\" srcset=\"https:\/\/em-soft.si\/myblog\/elvis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/RDPublish1-300x237.png 300w, https:\/\/em-soft.si\/myblog\/elvis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/RDPublish1.png 629w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>The second option sounds strange; how will I receive my RD application with specifying only the E-Mail address? Actually it\u2019s very simple. If you specify your E-Mail address, you tell to the system your public domain name and we know where to look for the corresponding record in the DNS. Therefore, in this case, you need to add a specific DNS record to locate your RDWeb server.
