We can start it from the command prompt with <strong><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier;\">sc \\\\computer start remoteregistry<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: medium;\">This will start the service and it will run it until the restart or shutdown of the computer. If you want to set a service to start automatically, you have to write another command:\u00a0 <strong><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier;\">sc \\\\computer config remoteregistry start= auto<\/span><\/strong>. This command will configure the service to start automatically \u2013 it will not start the service itself.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: medium;\">And just an advice: use a group policy to deploy settings like this.
